NAURONG ANG CHS FOUNDATION DAY CELEB TO MARCH 13. THE NEW OIC PRINCIPAL REQUESTED TO MOVE THE CELEB. SO, IN THE FEB 13 ALUMNI MEETING INURONG NA RIN NATIN TO MARCH 13 ANG SABAY SABAY NA REUNIONS AT ANG RAFFLE!!!

2. 38 half sacks of rice (will send the details later, marami sila)
- Yung motorcycle, we requested it to Mayor Recom, but if he will not give it, bilhin na lang natin.
- Kailangan pa natin magsolicit to other friends, baka may mahihingan kayo mga ka batch nyo na medyo may kaya ng konte o nasa abroad. Kahit 200p or 500p malaking tulong na rin yon.
- Kung may interested tumulong, may nakita akong digi cam sa SM Brica ang tatak P2,995.00 lang. Cellphone may mga tig 1,000P. Ang half sack of rice is around 500p - 600p.
3. Potluck per batch ang food. Pakikalat sa lahat na kanya-kanyang asikaso ng pagkain ng bawat batch. Pero nagrequest din tayo ng food assistance sa City kung sakaling may batch na dumating na hindi organize.
4. Nakapagpaalam na rin tayo sa venue, police, requested 700 chairs and 50 tables from City, sound system, streamers.
5. Naglagay na tayo dati ng 2 streamers, 1 sa almar at 1 sa zapote pero nawala, may kumuha.
6. We invited Dr. De Guzman to give inspirational talk.
7. magkakabit tayo ng bond paper size poster. pakitulong sa pagkakabit.
8. Kailangan din natin ng tulong sa pagkalap ng mga pledges.
9. Maricel, Batch 99 will draft Do's and Don'ts for the simultaneous batch reunions to guide us all.
10. Kanya-kanyang registration per batch. Dapat may iassign ang bawat batch to get registration.
11. Janet, Batch 92 will make registration form.
12. Andy, Batch 98 will make the batch signage for each table.
13. we need to photocopy our reg form.
14. ushers - main usherettes are Tess - batch 79, Verna - Batch 77, Paeng - Batch 85, Mulong - Batch 96.
15. Paeng and Mulong are helping in soliciting and following up of solicitation in City Hall.
16. Hunter - Batch 97, and Rosie - batch 78 are helping in solicitation and following up of solicitation on Malapitan side.
17. Emcee - Hunter and Lai - Batch 84
18. Baka may alam kayong libre na videoke para kung may gustong kumanta.
Proposed Part of Program:
1. First Part : General Reunion
(not necessarily in order)
- recognition of each batch
- election of BOD (Lyn Nabus - Batch 79 was elected Chairperson of Election Committee, she will choose her committee members)
- Inspirational Talk - Ms. De Guzman, OIC Principal
- Short messages of guests (sigurado may darating na pulitiko)
- raffle
- presentation of each batch
- planning/brainstorm ing/gathering of suggestions for the 50th anniversary
- short presentation ano ang alumni at commitment needed for alumni
2. Batch Reunion
- Kanya-kanya na itong program (kumustahan, tsikahan, kainan)
Ang mga ibang batch may mga t-shirts na silang pinaimprentahan. Mukhang Maraming aatend.
Meeting tayo uli sa Feb. 27, 6:30 pm sa CHS.

Makikisuyo po na pakibago po ang name ni Mr. Cenon Mayor. Instead of Xenon Mayor, please replace it with Cenon Mayor. I'm sure you know the spelling of his name. He is running for City Councilor and his posters bearing his name are visible everywhere in the 1st District of Caloocan City
